We all have higher regard for those who show interest than we do for those who ignore us and assume they know who we are. The world is short on truly curious inquirers and if you are one of them you will stand out in any circle of life.

When we seek to understand we become understood as well. If your client knows they’ve had the opportunity to air their views and share their perspectives they will give more weight to your views and perspectives as well.
