We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our hosting services are provided by Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) and all information is stored on US-based servers. AWS services comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). AWS is compliant with rigorous international standards, such as ISO 27001 for technical measures, ISO 27017 for cloud security, ISO 27018 for cloud privacy, SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3, PCI DSS Level 1, and EU-specific certifications such as BSI’s Common Cloud Computing Controls Catalogue (C5).

  1. Personally Identifiable Information Collected

The personally identifiable information about users we may collect, hold and process is set out below:

  • Email address

The information above may be used to deliver the services of ROL Advisor.

In addition, paying users of the system (e.g., financial advisors), we may also collect address information, company name, and phone number.

Personally identifiable information does not include “Usage Data” which we define as encoded or anonymized information or aggregated data we collect about a group or category of services, features or users, which does not contain personally identifiable information. Usage Data helps us understand trends in usage of the Site so that we can better consider new features or otherwise tailor the Site. In addition to collecting and using Usage Data ourselves, we may share Usage Data with third parties, including our customers, partners and service providers, for various purposes, including to help us better understand our customers’ needs and improve the Site as well as for advertising and marketing purposes.
