ROL Advisor, LLC offers a Discovery Process Tools platform that aides a financial advisor’s ability to get their client’s story and create a Life-Centered Plan. Your privacy is very important to ROL Advisor, LLC (“ROL Advisor”, “we” or “us”). This Privacy Notice tells you what to expect in relation to personal information which is collected by ROL Advisor. This Privacy Notice applies to our online interfaces, which may include www.uk.roladvisor.com, www.pro.roladvisor.com or www.roladvisor.com.
Scope; Third-Party Sites
This Privacy Notice does not apply to information that our customers store on our system. Similarly, this Privacy Notice does not apply to the data collection practices of any ROL Advisor customers. Types of Personal Data Collected

Additional personal information may be collected by our bank or payment processor. This personal data does not reside on ROL Advisor’s system. It is transacted directly with the applicable financial institution, such as Stripe. This information may include name, address, phone number, credit card number, expiration date, and CVC code. If you signed up for the ROL Advisor system from an invitation you received from a financial advisor or by completing an assessment of some type via a website or link in an email, your name, username, and email address may be shared with that particular financial advisor for the purpose of that financial advisor communicating with you in regard to the services of that financial advisor and of the ROL Advisor system. We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties, other than to a particular financial advisor who comes in contact with you through the ROL Advisor system.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties who have been retained to assist us in running our business. These third parties include, but are not limited to, payment processors, common carriers, and website hosts. These service providers will have access to your personal information in order to provide these services, but when this occurs, ROL Advisor implements reasonable contractual protections to limit their use of that information to helping us provide services and products.
